How do I take the title of a website and add it to an Excel spreadsheet using AppleScript + Excel -

i'm pretty sure easy task, can't seem find i'm looking for.

in short, use keyboard shortcut take title of current page i'm on, , save excel document, creating log of websites. if possible, add link title saved in excel.

i know how add applescript service or workflow , such, can't wrap mind around how code this. farthest i've gotten grabbing name of website, have no clue how paste excel, add link title, go next line.
