ubuntu - Authentication Failed on Blueman -

i bought qc35 headphone, i'm trying pair blueman. seems device detected, when try pair it, "authentication failed" error.

i installed bluetooth-related, , made sure qc35 in pairing mode, still, can't pair.

anyone encountered issue ?
