my friends , had idea our own version of windows destruction. except don't know how make real computer doesn't viruses too. how this?

the vast majority of vm hosts store data in virtual hard drive, single file. because of this, actual data there, cannot executed, , therefore cannot cause harm computer. @slacks said, need sure disable shared folders, , absolutely sure indeed disabled. virtualbox documentation guest additions here.
on side note, person has experience malware, highly advise against running live samples unless know you're doing. if do, there still chance cause harm computer. if want to, install windows on old computer , instead. live malware not joke, though admit can fun sometimes.
back main topic, need check on every setting in vm disable methods of file transfers between host , client machine.
