autodesk viewer - Is there a way to control how the thumbnail are rendered? -

using derivative api found thumbnail generated dark, here screenshot viewer:

unfortunately @ moment there no control on thumbnail generation using derivatives api.

we have render-as-a-service api going released @ point not available yet.

the workaround @ moment load model in viewer , screenshot it. there api generating screenshots, see my blog post, process automated, model has rendered in browser.
