php - More inputs in one input field -

i need create these functionality on picture. stack's tags questions.

i want able input more records database in 1 form input field.

my solution add dinamic field input field on button add or +, try implement on picture above. googled found nothin similary. idea how acomplish that? work in php, html, jquery.

you can use jquery plugin select2 meet needs. make sure passing data want select tag.

$('select').select2(); 

while updating have update data database.
