with ionic2, i'm trying implement timer attached in link on sidemenu template. have implementation on 1 of page how run timer in background when trying access different page sidemenu. works ionic1 framework, in ionic2 because of navigation stack push & pop architecture timer pauses when leave page , resumes when enter back. i'm not sure on how implement this. appreciated. suresh
