Drupal module to retrieve external website content and populate form for a user to review -

first question here hi guys. i've spent ages looking module retrieve data website , add content form. convinced allot of people whould have used similar cannot find anything.

basically have drupal 7 site amongst other things allows users submit data there website/company. before complete form hand wanted them able type in url click button named "retrieve info" , fetch , scrape data site either meta tags or html tags (should configurable) , insert data in form before save or preview information.

take @ feeds module feeds xpath parser or feeds extensible parsers scrape external site html.

i'm can attach feeds nodes, may have experiment giving users access creating node type, , initializing feed. otherwise, running custom cron job or rule trigger feed based on field value in node or form.
