How to configure UTF-8 encoding on incoming emails in MS Outlook? -

i checked ms outlook (office 365, 2013 , 2010) options configure utf-8 character encoding.

i found options out going email in: file > options > advanced > international options.

but

i not able find option configure of incoming emails. have idea this?

incoming messages cannot changed - sender chose particular encoding. outlook parses incoming mime messages multiple mapi properties.

what trying solve? why want incoming messages?
