html - Anchor links inside iframe require two clicks on iOS Mobile Safari -

i have iframe contains link anchor element, within iframe. on mobile safari, first touch ignored; requires 2 touches jump link target.

example: http://ridiculousfish.com/iframepain/outer.html , touch click me!. requires 2 touches jump link target on mobile safari.

bizarrely, if remove text ("this text matters") above link, issue no longer reproduces. fixed example: http://ridiculousfish.com/iframepain/outer2.html

how can make link work on first touch?

note there no javascript, hover, or cross-page business involved.
