apache - Xampp slow response with WIZ107 -

i want send data atmega32 laravel site, got wiz107 convertor set auto connect laravel site on port 80. atmega--(http)-->wiz107--(http)-->server

the problem slow response time server, time 5 seconds. accessed browser delay no more. running on xampp v3.2.2

how can rid of delay?
